Clouds, native symbol of rain, prosperity, crops and good fortune are positioned in a abstract ancient. Bird body, tail feathers or wings to the left, and birds eye to the right; the short line under the cloud might symbolize the rainbow, and below that is a dance wand which is carried by the Hopi Kachina's during their dance.
