Apache Basket Pictolial Polycrome Bowl Early 1900 Native American Dogs

  

Offered is a very nice Apache Basket. The basket is 13 1/4" wide and 3 7/8" high. This basket has a lot going for it! In the bottom ring 4 of the dogs are part polychrome. The ring above those doges is half polychrome.

That ring design is an on/off or checkered design. No repair or damage other than in the bottom of the basket the little dark spot has had a nail put there to place the basket on a wall. This was a common practice on a lot of the older baskets. The cira of this basket is beleave to be early 1900.
