Early 1900s Inkwell, Native American Indian in Headdress, Deer Antler Base, Pen. This ink well is extremely rare. I've never seen another one even close to it. The antler is 11" long and 6 1/2" wide. The metal upper is 6 1/2" long and 4 1/2" wide.
The pen is 7 1/2 including the point. This vintage inkwell is probably from the early 1900s and features a Native American Indian design with headdress and has a deer antler base, making it a unique and collectible piece. I think the upper portion is made of copper or pot metal, it isn't magnetic.
There is no label or writing on it. This item serves not only as a functional ink bottle holder, but also as a decorative piece with a piece of history. It includes a wooden handled dip ink pen sitting on the inkwell's pen holder. An ink bottle would sit on the flat part of the metal. Perfect for those interested in Native American culture and vintage artifacts, this inkwell adds a touch of nostalgia and elegance to any collection or workspace.
