Early Antique Woodland Tribe Native American Beaded MoccasinsPucker Toe
Here is a lovely little pair of antique, pre-1900 Native American infant moccasins made with soft hide and velvet/red satin with a pucker toe, typical of tribes such as the Ojibwe. Gorgeous intricate beadwork in a blue with white floral pattern. Back of moccasin is decorated with a band of old black velvet with decorative stitching edged with red stain. 4" long, just about 2" wide, approx. Very good vintage condition with wear typical for their age, beads all intact, some wear overall, one is missing original red lacing, please see close up pictures... From a large collection of Western and Native American, these have been stored away for the past 30+ years. A very scarce example of early Woodlands moccasins! These would be a great addition to any collection! Thank you for looking and please see my other listings for more items from this collection as well as more vintage finds! I guarantee the items I sell to be as described. All items come from a smoke-free home.
