Early Native American varying colors of turquoise and silver pin, strange mark

  

This early Native American with varying colors of turquoise and starburst silver pin has some strange markings. This time I found artist markings.

I could not decipher anything, but I'm thinking you collector's will know. This beautiful little pin is in very good condition.
