The ring is not hallmarked which was quite common in early NATIVE AMERICAN silver prior to the 1970's. We believe this ring was created circa 1950 or perhaps earlier. This ring was skillfully crafted with attention to detail in the NAVAJO tradition and is in very good vintage condition (please see ALL photos for an accurate detailed depiction). The natural hand-cut and polished rectangle shaped flat cabochon stone is in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
Any white marks or spots are lighting reflections. It is firmly and securely set in a smooth silver bezel. 7/8" long x 9/16" wide. Overall, the ring plaque measures approx. 1" long x 3/4" wide; the triple split band shank is approx. 3/8" tapering to 1/8+" wide. This NAVAJO ring will fit approx. Size 11.5 It weighs 12.5 grams.
