Sioux Native American Beaded Leggings Deer Hyde Early 20th Century Teepee Fringe. These beautiful leggings are attributed to the Sioux Native Americans in the early to mid 20th Century. Made of either deer Hyde or elk Hyde not sure but its definitely animal hyde. Also has Fringe on the bottom with bells tied to individual fringe. The glass bead design is that of a teepee like structure in a continuous design.
Bead colors are white purple and blue. These were most likely used in ceremonies of the Sioux People. They measure 18 inches from top to bottom.They have normal wear and tear according to age but they are in extremely great condition with a minor opening in one leg.
